Instructions for Spectators

一、入场规则

2.购买了2026年9月12日(败者组决赛)门票的观众可于比赛当日中午12:30开始进行检票，进入内场时间视活动当天内场开放时间而定；外场互动活动于16:00暂停开放，于16:45恢复运营。购买了2026年9月13日(总决赛)门票的观众可于比赛当日上午11:30开始进行检票，进入内场时间视活动当天内场开放时间而定；外场互动活动于13:30暂停开放，于14:15恢复运营。每日内场赛事活动结束时，外场活动同步结束，建议观众提前安排好互动时间。

3.检票截止时间为当日21:00或当日赛事结束时刻，二者以较早发生的时间为准，请用户合理规划出行和入场时间。

4.会场内禁止携带食品、有色饮料、尖锐物、易燃易爆等危险物品、管制物品，请在安检前处理以上物品。

5.每位持票到达现场的用户，在通过安检、验票后方可入场观赛；本次活动是实名制验票，重复入场均需持有效身份证件、并佩戴活动手环，每个比赛日观众可进出场馆2次。

二、注意事项

1.严禁穿着/携带印有人物头像/暗示性、侮辱性、低俗标语（包含外语）衣物/手提包入场（包内若携带衣物需检查是否符合以上标准后方可入场）。

2.严禁携带带有政治、种族、宗教、违反中国法律的横幅、标语以及其它用于宣传的物品，详细禁限带物品请见如下清单。

3.用户知晓并同意，成功进入英雄联盟职业联赛2026赛季季后赛败者组决赛、英雄联盟职业联赛2026赛季总决赛暨英雄联盟15周年盛典会场的用户，其肖像权将有可能被用于具备新闻传播价值的宣传，特此告知。

三、禁限带物品清单

对于现场观众所携带物品中的禁止和限制带入场物品现做详细说明如下：

1.枪支、弹药、爆炸物品；

2.仿真枪及弓弩、弹弓、匕首等管制器具；

3.烟花爆竹、汽油、打火机、火柴等易燃、易爆危险物品；

4.剧毒、腐蚀性等危险化学品及放射性物品；

5.有害生物制剂、传染病病原体等危险物质；

6.海洛因、可卡因、大麻、冰毒等各类毒品；

7.旗帜、伸缩旗杆、横幅、标语、灯牌、激光笔、投影机等设备；

8.易碎容器(例如玻璃瓶/杯),易投掷食品饮料，较大的硬质水果和食物、刀具、酒精、酒类及含酒精类饮品；

9.带有政治、种族、宗教、暴恐以及商业内容的横幅、标语以及其他用于宣传的物品；

10.扩音设备，如乐器、口哨、喇叭、鼓等各类扩音器具；

11.各类易造成人身伤害的棍棒及尖锐物品，如球棒、长柄伞、尖头伞等；

12.球、球拍、飞碟及类似物品；

13.任何未经授权的专业摄影摄像设备及用于照相机与摄像机的三角支架、独角架；

14.可能影响演出正常进行或妨碍他人观演的未经授权物品，如收音机、激光装置、照明设备、投影设备、对讲机、无线电设备等；

15.无人机、各类飞行器；

16.国家法律法规明令禁止的其它物品或安检搜爆警力认为与活动现场功能不符明显影响安全的其它物品。

17.禁止任何cos装扮及奇装异服，如有cos装扮及奇装异服将会被拒绝入场。

以上是禁止携带进入安检区内的，安检区外寄存即可

I. Entry Rules

1.Spectators must present the valid real-name identification document bound to their ticket upon entering the Arena. Entry is granted only after successful verification of the ticket, ID, and individual. Please strictly follow the entry order and take your designated seat to ensure order and safety within the Arena. The organizer and ticketing parties shall not be held liable for any failure to enter the Arena resulting from incorrect information provided by the purchaser during the ticketing process.

2.Spectators holding tickets for September 12, 2026 (Losers' Bracket Final) may begin ticket inspection at 12:30 PM on the day of the match. The time for entering the inner Arena is subject to the opening schedule on the event day; the outdoor interactive activities will be temporarily suspENDed at 4:00 PM and resume at 4:45 PM. Spectators holding tickets for September 13, 2026 (Grand Final) may begin ticket inspection at 11:30 AM on the day of the match. The time for entering the inner Arena is subject to the opening schedule on the event day; the outdoor interactive activities will be temporarily suspENDed at 1:30 PM and resume at 2:15 PM. The outdoor activities will conclude simultaneously with the conclusion of the daily inner-Arena event. Spectators are advised to plan their interactive activity schedule accordingly.

3.The ticket inspection deadline is 9:00 PM on the day of the event or the conclusion time of the day's matches, whichever occurs earlier. Please plan your travel and entry time accordingly.

4.Food, colored beverages, sharp objects, flammable and explosive items, dangerous goods, and controlled items are strictly prohibited inside the Arena. Please dispose of such items prior to security screening.

5.Every ticketed attENDee must pass through security screening and ticket verification before being admitted to the Arena. This event implements a real-name ticketing system; re-entry requires both a valid identification document and a valid event wristband. Each spectator is permitted to enter and exit the Arena twice per competition day.

II. Important Notes

1.It is strictly prohibited to wear or carry clothing or handbags bearing images of individuals or suggestive, insulting, or vulgar slogans (including those in foreign languages) into the Arena. Clothing inside bags is subject to inspection to ensure compliance with the above standards prior to entry.

2.It is strictly prohibited to bring banners, placards, or other promotional materials containing political, racial, religious, or content that violates the laws of the People's Republic of China into the Arena. For a detailed list of prohibited and restricted items, please refer to the list below.

3.By entering the Arena for the League of LegENDs Pro League 2026 Season Playoffs Losers' Bracket Final, the League of LegENDs Pro League 2026 Season Grand Final, and the League of LegENDs 15th Anniversary Celebration, attENDees acknowledge and agree that their likenesses may be used for promotional purposes of news dissemination value, and are hereby notified accordingly.

4.Should you have any objections to the Ticketing Policy, please contact our staff. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Ticketing Policy shall first be resolved through friENDly negotiations between the parties. Should such negotiations fail, either party may file a lawsuit with the Nanshan District People's Court of Shenzhen.

III. List of Prohibited and Restricted Items

The following is a detailed description of items prohibited and restricted from being brought into the Arena:

1.Firearms, ammunition, and explosive materials;

2.Replica guns, crossbows, catapults, daggers, and other controlled weapons;

3.Fireworks, firecrackers, gasoline, lighters, matches, and other flammable or explosive hazardous materials;

4.Highly toxic, corrosive, radioactive, and other hazardous chemicals and materials;

5.Harmful biological agents, infectious pathogens, and other hazardous substances;

6.Heroin, cocaine, cannabis, methamphetamine, and other narcotic and psychotropic substances;

7.Flags, telescopic flagpoles, banners, placards, light boards, laser pointers, projectors, and similar equipment;

8.Fragile containers (e.g., glass bottles/cups), food and beverages that may be easily thrown, large hard fruits and food items, knives, alcohol and alcoholic beverages;

9.Banners, placards, and other promotional materials containing political, racial, religious, terrorist, or commercial content;

10.Sound amplification devices, including musical instruments, whistles, horns, drums, and similar amplification equipment;

11.Sticks, rods, and sharp objects that may cause personal injury, such as baseball bats, long-handled umbrellas, pointed umbrellas, etc.;

12.Balls, rackets, Frisbees, and similar items;

13.Any unauthorized professional photography and video equipment, as well as tripods and monopods for cameras and video cameras;

14.Unauthorized items that may interfere with the normal conduct of the performance or obstruct the viewing experience of others, including radios, laser devices, lighting equipment, projection equipment, two-way radios, radio equipment, etc.;

15.Drones and all types of aircraft;

16.Other items expressly prohibited by national laws and regulations, or other items deemed by security personnel to be incompatible with the event setting or to pose a clear safety risk;
